What you will do

• Support the Vice President BU in strategic steering and further development of the Business Unit.
• Conduct budget and multi-year planning, including investment planning and KPI development.
• Develop and optimize the finance organization across local, product line, and BU levels.
• Drive the implementation of group standards and contribute to business model development from a financial perspective.
• Support M&A activities, including Due Diligence and Post-Merger-Integration.
• Develop internal and external pricing strategies and coordinate BU-relevant tax topics.

Requirements

• Degree focusing on finance, accounting, or controlling.
• Several years of professional experience in an international environment.
• Expertise in budgeting, multi-year planning, investment controlling, and group reporting.
• Excellent communication skills in both German and English.
• Strong analytical, entrepreneurial, and strategic thinking.
