Finance Specialist

TL;DR

Finance Specialist (Financial Governance): Strengthen financial governance, oversee internal control system, and manage corporate sustainability reporting with an accent on risk management, CSR/ESG data collection, and process harmonization across regions. Focus on leading ICS coordination, driving global finance projects, and supporting regional teams in compliance and standardization.

Location: Salzburg / AT, Hybrid (office: 2 days/week)

What you will do

• Strengthen financial governance by collaborating with stakeholders in hirify.global and Nemetschek Group.
• Serve as Local ICS Coordinator to ensure effective internal control system operation.
• Lead collection, preparation, and reporting of CSR and ESG data per legal and group standards.
• Oversee quarterly Risk and Opportunity Reporting process.
• Support local finance teams and act as liaison between global and regional entities.
• Drive process harmonization, standardization, and rollout of global finance projects.

Requirements

• Fluency in English and German.
• Bachelor's or master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or comparable field.
• Several years of relevant experience in Finance, preferably in international or matrix organizations; Big Four consulting valued.
• In-depth understanding of financial processes, internal controls, and corporate governance.
• Experience in cross-regional or global finance initiatives and process harmonization.
• Strong knowledge of compliance frameworks and ICS; exceptional communication skills.
