What you will do

  • Translate the CPTO's product strategy into clear priorities, product plans, and delivery outcomes.
  • Own the roadmap across CRM, communications, integrations, and analytics to align with strategic goals.
  • Lead the development of AI-first features in CRM and insights to unlock new capabilities and efficiency.
  • Manage third-party CRM partnerships and ensure seamless integrations and value delivery.
  • Coach and develop a high-performing team of Product Managers and Designers.
  • Ensure all product decisions embed responsible play, regulatory rules, and data-privacy requirements.

Requirements

  • 8+ years in product management with 3+ years in senior leadership.
  • Strong experience in iGaming, betting, or high-volume B2C platforms.
  • Experience working within regulated markets such as UKGC and MGA.
  • Proven track record of building CRM/lifecycle capabilities like segmentation and orchestration.
  • Deep understanding of event-driven systems, real-time data flows, and scalability trade-offs.
  • Must be based in or able to work in a hybrid setup in London.
