Location: Hybrid in Berlin, Germany. Individual contributors work 4 days or more in the Berlin office.

What you will do

• Oversee end-to-end B2B KYC processes including onboarding, periodic reviews, and offboarding.
• Conduct due diligence on corporate clients, reviewing UBOs, legal structures, and source of funds.
• Assess client risk profiles and escalate high-risk cases to AFC Operations and Compliance.
• Maintain accurate KYC documentation and records to ensure audit readiness.
• Collaborate with internal domains and external partners to resolve KYC issues.
• Optimize KYC workflows and work instructions to reduce manual effort and scale operations.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Customer or KYC Operations within the financial industry (fintech preferred).
• Deep knowledge of B2B KYC, AML, and CTF requirements.
• Proven expertise in risk assessment and corporate document validation.
• Proficiency with KYC tools, CRM, Jira, and Confluence.
• Fluency in English and solid German language skills.
• Ability to operate in fast-changing, unstructured environments.
