What you will do

• Support global regulatory teams in gathering and structuring requirements for suitability checks, including workflows and data fields.
• Help design and maintain a central digital platform for collecting regulatory information and organizing knowledge.
• Coordinate inputs across regions via workshops, interviews, and follow-ups.
• Assist with platform setup, testing, navigation, tagging, and user access.
• Create processes to maintain content quality, versioning, and governance.
• Support change management through guides, FAQs, and onboarding materials.

Requirements

• Knowledge of SharePoint.
• Strong analytical and structured working style.
• Interest in regulatory topics, compliance, and knowledge management.
• Confidence working with international stakeholders.
• Very good English (written and spoken).
• German language skills are a plus.
