• Collaborate with Marketing, Creative, Engineering, and external agency partners to deliver integrated growth activity.
• Identify emerging trends and platform developments to drive continuous innovation.
• Support team capability development through mentoring and knowledge sharing.

Requirements

• Experience in Paid Search or Performance Marketing, ideally within B2C, gaming, or entertainment industries.
• Proven track record of managing large-scale PPC budgets with a strong focus on ROI.
• Proficiency in Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, SA360, or equivalent technologies.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into meaningful actions.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
