What you will do

• Assist with day-to-day setup, launching, and administrative management of paid acquisition campaigns on Meta, Google Ads, and Apple Search Ads.
• Monitor daily spend, budgets, and pacing metrics to support efficient allocation across US states and platforms.
• Coordinate with creative/design teams to source, organize, and refresh ad assets based on performance data.
• Help execute continuous A/B testing for ad copy, creative variants, and audience configurations; run competitor analysis.
• Support tracking and attribution by auditing tracking links, pixels, and deep links; help diagnose basic tracking discrepancies.
• Pull, clean, and organize daily performance data into unified dashboards; produce performance summaries and maintain testing/performance logs.

Requirements

• Exceptionally strong analytical skills with comfort handling and drawing logical conclusions from data sets.
• Highly detail-oriented and organized; able to manage repetitive operational tasks with accuracy.
• Tech-savvy mindset and curiosity about algorithms, software, and tracking technologies.
• Excellent communication skills and proactive attitude in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets.
