🦄 Description
CD PROJEKT RED is looking for a Senior Gameplay Animator to join the team working on The Witcher 4. In this role, you will collaborate with Gameplay Designers, Programmers, and Technical Animators to create immersive and believable player animations that enhance gameplay and support the game's creative vision.

You will be responsible for developing animation sets, directing motion capture sessions, building animation systems, and ensuring high-quality implementation in Unreal Engine.

🚀 Responsibilities
• Create and implement in-game animations using MotionBuilder, Autodesk Maya, and Unreal Engine
• Plan, prepare, and direct motion capture sessions
• Establish and maintain animation production workflows, naming conventions, and asset organization structures
• Develop player-related animation systems including Motion Matching systems
• Create and maintain animation graphs and procedural animation setups
• Configure engine-related animation data, notifications, synchronization events, and supporting files
• Collaborate closely with designers, programmers, and technical animators to achieve gameplay goals

📚 Required Skills
• Strong experience with motion capture and keyframe animation
• Both artistic and technical animation expertise
• Deep understanding of animation principles and body mechanics
• Experience on at least one shipped game title
• Strong understanding of gameplay design
• Advanced knowledge of Unreal Engine animation and gameplay systems
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Fluent English
• Strong collaboration skills

👍 Nice to Have
• Basic Python knowledge
• Ability to read C++ code
• Experience working with gameplay-related scripting and technical animation workflows
