🦄 Description
Sperasoft is looking for a Lead Props Artist to join the core art team working on multiple high-profile AAA projects in collaboration with world-renowned game developers.

In this role, you will lead the Props Team, maintain artistic and technical quality standards, mentor artists, and help establish efficient workflows across a diverse portfolio of realistic, sci-fi, and stylized titles.

🚀 Responsibilities
• Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of Prop Artists
• Provide feedback and conduct performance reviews
• Ensure assets meet artistic and technical quality standards
• Develop and optimize PBR modeling and texturing workflows
• Manage task distribution and production deadlines
• Collaborate with Art Directors, Technical Artists, and Project Managers
• Identify production risks and solve workflow bottlenecks
• Create and maintain technical briefs, style guides, and documentation

📚 Required Skills
• 5+ years of experience in game art
• 2+ years in a Lead or Supervisory role
• Strong portfolio featuring high-quality hard-surface and organic props
• Expert knowledge of Maya, 3ds Max, or Blender
• Strong experience with ZBrush and Substance Suite
• Deep understanding of Unreal Engine 4/5 or proprietary AAA engines
• Mastery of PBR workflows, UV optimization, baking, and LOD management
• Strong English communication skills
• Ability to adapt to different art styles and technical requirements
