Salary: $102,400 – $153,200

What you will do

• Provision new environments and upgrade infrastructure and product application components.
• Troubleshoot customer environment issues and perform detailed root cause analysis.
• Create and maintain operational runbooks and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Identify and implement automation for repetitive tasks to reduce operational toil.
• Manage the deployment of system updates, patches, and hotfixes.
• Collaborate with global teams and participate in rotational on-call support.

Requirements

• US Citizenship is required (due to FedRamp).
• 5+ years of experience installing, configuring, and tuning Java applications and Apache Tomcat.
• 5+ years of experience with enterprise-scale Linux Administration.
• Hands-on operational experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS) and/or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent.
• Deep understanding of cloud-based infrastructure, including backup, recovery, and observability.

Nice to have

• Experience with Kubernetes and microservices architecture.
• Proficiency in Bash, Shell, or Python scripting for task automation.
• AWS/GCP or Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA) certifications.
• Basic network troubleshooting skills including TCP/IP, DNS, and VPN.
