Salary: $102,400 – $153,200

What you will do

• Monitor, respond to, and resolve infrastructure alerts, incidents, and service requests within SLA.
• Provision, operate, and upgrade cloud infrastructure components across compute, storage, and platform services.
• Perform root cause analysis (RCA) for complex infrastructure issues and implement long-term fixes.
• Create and maintain operational runbooks, SOPs, and operational standards.
• Automate manual or repetitive operational tasks to reduce operational toil.
• Support FedRAMP-compliant environments in a 2nd shift rotation (3pm-12am ET).

Requirements

• US Citizenship and residency are required due to FedRAMP compliance.
• 3+ years of experience supporting enterprise cloud infrastructure for SaaS platforms.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience operating AWS infrastructure services (EC2, EBS, S3, VPC, Route 53).
• 2+ years of Linux systems administration experience.
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as Bash, Shell, or Python.
• Knowledge of networking concepts including DNS, load balancing, and firewalls.

Nice to have

• Experience with GCP.
• AWS or GCP certifications.
• CCNA/CCNP certifications.
