TL;DR

What you will do

  • Act as the first point of contact for customers to address and resolve technical issues.
  • Drive support cases to timely resolution using deep understanding of Pega products and customer architectures.
  • Collaborate and negotiate with internal groups to drive quality clarifications and solutions.
  • Apply critical thinking to AI-generated outputs to enhance engineering efficiency and decision-making.
  • Provide technical support and advice on the use of hirify.global’ Products and Applications.
  • Work in rotational shifts (morning and afternoon) to ensure global coverage.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of experience in a technical role involving Java and J2EE expertise.
  • Strong proficiency in Core Java, JSP, Servlets, JDBC, and OOP concepts.
  • In-depth knowledge of Multithreading, Exception Handling, and memory management (heap-dump and performance analysis).
  • Proven ability to interact directly with customers at all levels and manage expectations.
  • Ability to work in rotational shifts.

Nice to have

  • Experience with J2EE Application Servers such as Websphere, Weblogic, or Tomcat.
  • Knowledge of relational databases including Oracle, DB2, and UDB.
  • Familiarity with AWS, Kubernetes, Docker, and various monitoring tools.
  • Prior experience in troubleshooting and debugging complex systems.
