TL;DR
Business Central Developer (Microsoft Dynamics 365): Designing, developing, and supporting Business Central solutions for enterprise and government customers with an accent on AL development and system integrations. What you will do
- Design, develop, and maintain D365 Business Central solutions and AL-based extensions.
- Build and maintain integrations between Business Central and external systems using REST APIs, Azure Integration Services, and middleware.
- Collaborate with solution architects and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Manage deployment activities, including code reviews and CI/CD pipeline support via Azure DevOps.
- Troubleshoot application defects and provide comprehensive technical documentation for knowledge transfer.
Requirements
- Proven experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and AL development.
- Experience with Business Central extensions and NAV/BC migrations and upgrades.
- Proficiency in developing integrations using REST APIs, web services, and Azure technologies.
- Strong understanding of Business Central architecture, security models, and deployment strategies.
- Experience working within Agile delivery teams and utilizing Azure DevOps.
- Employment: Permanent full-time role based in Australia
Nice to have
- Experience with Power Platform technologies (Power Automate, Power BI).
- Exposure to Commonwealth or State Government environments.
- Microsoft certifications relevant to Dynamics 365 or Azure.
- Knowledge of ITIL-based support environments and managed services.
