What you will do

• Build and ship features for recipient-facing products, including live tracking and real-time updates.
• Develop reliable integrations for senders ranging from small shops to large enterprises.
• Manage the full development lifecycle from initial idea to production, including writing tests and monitoring.
• Participate in code reviews and identify improvements within the CX Squad.
• Collaborate with Product and UX stakeholders to guide decisions based on quantitative and qualitative signals.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, STEM, or equivalent practical experience.
• Proficiency in writing clean, performant, and testable code in a typed language (Go).
• Strong collaboration and communication skills for effective teamwork.
• High motivation to learn new technologies quickly.
• A bias toward shipping and iterative improvement over perfection.
• Focus on user experience and customer delight.

Nice to have

• Experience with distributed systems and cloud platforms (AWS).
