What you will do

• Develop, manage, integrate, and support hirify.global internal tools such as Google Workspace, Google Cloud Platform, Slack, Github, and Jira.
• Write integrations/automations primarily in Go, hosted in Cloud Run.
• Manage GCP infrastructure primarily via Terraform.
• Assist staff in using AI tools effectively.
• Analyze internal processes and implement automations and improvements using custom code.
• Provide support to colleagues within the IT, HR, Security, and Office Services departments.

Requirements

• Hold a Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written, with the ability to communicate technical concepts clearly.
• Experience coding for automation and integration; Go is preferred, but Python, AppScript, bash, and PowerShell are also appreciated.
• 3-5 years of experience in IT support, including advanced application support and integrations with systems such as Google Workspace, Slack, Jira, and Github.
