Data Quality Specialist (AI)

What you will do

• Define and implement quality metrics for established AI data workflows.
• Create prescriptive actions and strategic solutions to resolve quality issues.
• Partner with customers and internal support teams to optimize workflow quality.
• Conduct side-by-side evaluations to identify opportunities for enhancement.
• Analyze data trends and maintain comprehensive quality metric reports.
• Develop and update process documentation, SOPs, and quality guidelines.

Requirements

• Fluency in German (C1+ level) is required.
• English proficiency at B2+ level.
• 1+ years of experience in quality assurance, quality control, or data quality roles.
• Experience defining, tracking, and reporting quality metrics or KPIs.
• Strong analytical skills for root cause analysis and identifying data patterns.
• Must be based in or able to work from The Hague, Netherlands.

Nice to have

• Bachelor's degree in Linguistics, Data Science, Business, or a related field.
• Knowledge of Six Sigma, DMAIC, or Fishbone/Ishikawa analysis.
• Proficiency in SQL, Excel, or BI tools for trend analysis.
• Experience in machine learning data operations, annotation quality, or content review.
