What you will do

• Guide and implement a shift-left approach to ensure end-to-end software quality from design to delivery.
• Collaborate with developers to integrate testing practices earlier in the development lifecycle.
• Design and execute comprehensive test plans and maintain automation frameworks.
• Perform deep root cause analysis by analyzing logs, system metrics, and networking data.
• Optimize quality delivery at scale by leveraging AI-powered tools and refining workflows.
• Collaborate with Product, R&D, and Customer Success teams in a delivery-driven environment.

Requirements

• 4+ years of QA engineering experience, with at least 2 years of active automation test writing.
• In-depth knowledge of software QA methodologies and version release processes.
• Proficiency in designing and executing manual tests for web applications (client and server-side).
• Hands-on experience with automation frameworks such as Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to perform deep root cause analysis.
• Experience using AI-powered development tools and agent-based workflows (e.g., Cursor, Claude Code).
