TL;DR

Senior SDET (Go): Building and scaling test automation coverage and tooling infrastructure for a voice-first AI CX platform with an accent on high-load performance and concurrent system validation. Focus on developing efficient load generators, maintaining Go SDKs, and automating full CI/CD integrated testing pipelines.

What you will do

• Develop and maintain end-to-end automated tests using a Go-based framework.
• Extend and improve internal test automation tooling and infrastructure.
• Automate load testing and validation pipelines to ensure system reliability.
• Contribute to the Go SDK used by internal teams and external customers.
• Build automation tooling for use by backend developers, managers, and QA.
• Integrate all functional, load, and health-check testing into CI/CD pipelines.

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional experience with Go, writing idiomatic and maintainable code.
• Deep knowledge of Go concurrency (goroutines, channels, synchronization) and race condition handling.
• Experience with gRPC (specifically streaming RPCs) and networking fundamentals (TCP, UDP, HTTP/2, TLS).
• Expertise in testing techniques: table-driven tests, race detector, fuzzing, and deterministic testing.
• Proven ability to use pprof, benchmarks, and execution tracer for performance tuning.
• Must be based in Europe.

Nice to have

• Experience designing public SDKs, Go modules, and maintaining semantic versioning.
• Experience with audio stream processing.
• Familiarity with SIP and telephony systems.
