What you will do

• Lead SAP FICO implementation, configuration, and customization projects.
• Ensure integration of FI-CO with other SAP modules and SAP S/4HANA.
• Support financial accounting and controlling processes including compliance with IFRS and GAAP.
• Optimize business processes and automate workflows using SAP tools like Fiori and BAPI.
• Engage with stakeholders through workshops, training, and user acceptance testing.

Requirements

• Must have fluency in English.
• 8+ years of SAP FICO experience including SAP S/4HANA Finance.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or IT.
• Strong expertise in SAP FI and CO modules and financial regulations.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid environment.

Nice to have

• SAP FICO certification.
• Knowledge of ABAP debugging, SAP BW, Fiori, and SAC.
