What you will do

• Own enterprise deployments from initial installation to stable, healthy operation.
• Debug complex incidents within customer environments including Docker, Postgres, and networking layers.
• Navigate and configure complex enterprise network setups like proxies, firewalls, and air-gapped environments.
• Build and adapt custom integrations for SSO, IdP, and internal PKI systems.
• Act as the primary technical bridge between enterprise customers and the internal engineering team.
• Translate field deployment issues into actionable product improvements and bug fixes.

Requirements

• Strong fundamentals in infrastructure and networking including Docker, DNS, TLS, and firewalls.
• Proficiency in debugging within Linux environments.
• Ability to read Go, TypeScript, or Python to trace and understand technical issues.
• Practical experience with complex enterprise network behaviors.
• Basic offensive security knowledge including concepts like RCE, SSRF, and session handling.
• Strong communication skills to guide customers through implementation.

Nice to have

• Experience with enterprise or on-prem software deployments.
• Familiarity with cloud environments like AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Experience with SSO, identity providers, or internal PKI systems.
• Exposure to security tooling or offensive security concepts.
