Location: Tel Aviv, Israel (Hybrid: 3 days per week in office)

What you will do

• Design and evolve the shared AI platform, including agentic workflows, LLM integrations, and guardrails.
• Lead the end-to-end development of AI-driven features using LangChain, LangFuse, and AWS Bedrock.
• Drive CX backend architecture, focusing on scalability, reliability, and developer experience.
• Manage resilient data-access patterns across Snowflake, Elasticsearch, Kafka, Redis, and MySQL.
• Mentor engineers across the group in backend craft, AI engineering, and system design.
• Collaborate with product and design teams to turn ambiguous problems into high-quality solutions.

Requirements

• 6+ years of backend engineering experience with strong expertise in Node.js and TypeScript.
• Hands-on experience building or integrating LLM-powered features or agentic workflows in production.
• Experience with distributed systems and event-driven architectures.
• Strong familiarity with cloud-native environments, preferably AWS.
• Proven ability to own and drive complex initiatives with minimal oversight.
• Excellent communication skills for aligning technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, or LangFuse.
• Hands-on experience with AWS Bedrock or other LLM provider APIs.
• Experience designing AI evaluation frameworks (evals, LLM-as-judge).
• Familiarity with MCP or building tools for coding agents.
• Experience with React, Next.js, or micro-frontend architectures.
• Knowledge of Python for AI/data workflows.
