What you will do

• Partner with stakeholders to analyze workflows, pain points, and inefficiencies.
• Prioritize and translate business challenges into scalable AI solutions.
• Build and implement AI agents, tools, and automated workflows.
• Drive AI adoption by embedding solutions into daily operations.
• Promote AI awareness and share successful use cases and learnings across teams.

Requirements

• Experience implementing AI solutions in real business environments.
• Hands-on experience with AI tools, automation, and building agents/workflows.
• Proven ability to bridge business needs with technical execution.
• Experience driving organizational change and cross-functional alignment.
• Strong prioritization skills based on impact vs effort mindset.
• Must be based in or able to work from Barcelona (Spain) or Israel on a hybrid basis
