What you will do
- Provide professional and personal technical support to global customers.
- Manage the ticket system via email, phone, and video calls.
- Support platform configurations and integrations with various CRM platforms.
- Perform troubleshooting to ensure every ticket is fully resolved.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction with the provided solutions.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Support Specialist in SaaS B2B companies.
- Proven experience with CRM integrations and implementation.
- Familiarity with business applications and CRMs such as Salesforce or Hubspot.
- Prior experience with SQL queries.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or Information Systems.
- Fluent English (both written and verbal).
