What you will do

  • Provide professional and personal technical support to global customers.
  • Manage the ticket system via email, phone, and video calls.
  • Support platform configurations and integrations with various CRM platforms.
  • Perform troubleshooting to ensure every ticket is fully resolved.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction with the provided solutions.

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a Support Specialist in SaaS B2B companies.
  • Proven experience with CRM integrations and implementation.
  • Familiarity with business applications and CRMs such as Salesforce or Hubspot.
  • Prior experience with SQL queries.
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or Information Systems.
  • Fluent English (both written and verbal).
