What you will do

• Work autonomously to design and build high-quality UI for web products with a strong point of view on functionality.
• Own and evolve complex, reusable components within the design system to ensure quality and consistency.
• Apply product-level thinking to balance user needs, business context, and technical constraints.
• Collaborate with designers, engineers, and product leads to solve ambiguous problems.
• Raise the bar for the team through high-quality work and proactive problem-solving.

Requirements

• Must be based in the US or UK
• Strong proficiency in React, TypeScript, and CSS.
• Deep experience with component-driven design systems and architecture at scale.
• Hybrid skill set equally comfortable in Figma and TypeScript codebases.
• Ability to work autonomously without detailed briefs.
• Demonstrated experience solving complex UX problems and information-dense interfaces.
