What you will do

• Lead the design and development of the integrations platform for ingesting, normalizing, and annotating business data.
• Build and scale bidirectional integrations with billing, accounting, ERP, commerce, and HRIS platforms.
• Architect low-code/no-code tools, such as connector builders, declarative DSLs, and LLM-assisted workflows.
• Manage complex authentication and identity flows, including OAuth 2.0, OIDC, SSO (Okta, Google, Microsoft), and SAML.
• Establish technical standards and guide the architecture for integrations and data-heavy systems.
• Collaborate with product and design teams to translate ambiguous workflows into intuitive software experiences.

Requirements

• 7+ years of professional experience, including at least 2+ years in integration-specific roles.
• Strong hands-on depth in Python and modern backend systems.
• Proven background in building integrations for data-heavy use cases.
• Experience architecting large-scale API ecosystems or data platforms.
• Must be based in Spain.

Nice to have

• Experience with ERP scripting frameworks such as SuiteScript.
• Familiarity with native app extensions for accounting and finance platforms.
