What you will do

• Lead in-depth technical conversations with customers to showcase platform capabilities.
• Conduct platform trainings and demonstrations to serve as a strategic partner for FP&A best practices.
• Partner with Customer Success Managers to drive utilization, value realization, and foster renewals.
• Identify expansion opportunities within existing customer accounts.
• Act as a vital link between CSMs, Research, Product, FP&A/Implementation, and Sales teams.
• Provide L&D resources for CSMs regarding product updates and upselling strategies.

Requirements

• 2+ years of B2B experience in implementation or customer success, ideally within financial software.
• Alternatively, 2+ years of FP&A experience (especially business partnering).
• Proven track record of driving software adoption with technical leaders and customers.
• Strong communication, presentation, and collaboration skills.
• Technical understanding of FP&A software.
