What you will do

• Conduct network information gathering workshops to understand customer requirements and existing designs.
• Perform testing of new designs, features, and functionality in lab environments before live implementation.
• Troubleshoot equipment and network problems and manage JTAC cases through to resolution.
• Train customer design, implementation, and support personnel on HPE and Juniper Networks products.
• Develop and maintain Network Operating and Equipment Operating Procedures.
• Manage Return Material Authorizations (RMAs) and provide regular written status reports on design projects.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of design, implementation, and operational experience in large-scale IP networks.
• Expertise with JUNOS CLI, QFX, EX switching, and routing.
• Hands-on experience with EVPN/VXLAN, BGP (eBGP/iBGP), and OSPF protocols.
• Proficiency in automation using Python, Ansible, YAML, and PyEZ.
• Required certifications: JNCIS-MistAI, Wireless, and JNCIP-MistAI.
• Must be based in or work onsite in Columbus, Ohio.

• Advanced technical certifications: JNCIS, JNCIP, JNCIE, CCNP, or CCIE.
