TL;DR

Senior Software Engineer (.NET/Fintech): Building and scaling the Trade PMR platform for investment advisors with an accent on API design for third-party integrations and backend architecture. Focus on scaling B2B platforms, integrating CRM data, and ensuring high availability for the hirify.global Advisor Network.

Location: Must be based in New York, NY with in-person attendance expected at least 3 days per week

Salary: $166,000 - $195,000 USD

What you will do

  • Lead the design and implementation of highly scalable software services using .NET and AWS.
  • Drive the technical roadmap for integration APIs for third-party CRMs and the hirify.global Advisor Network.
  • Architect solutions to support significantly larger advisors and increased client activity.
  • Mentor and provide technical guidance to mid-level and junior engineers.
  • Maintain and enhance the core Fusion software to ensure high availability and performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to align engineering efforts with the RIA industry strategy.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of professional software development experience focusing on backend systems.
  • Expert-level proficiency in .NET technologies.
  • Proven experience architecting and deploying services on cloud infrastructure (AWS preferred).
  • Extensive experience building complex integrations including APIs, SSO, and data flows.
  • Strong ability to work independently in a fast-changing environment.
  • Must be based in New York, NY for hybrid office attendance

Nice to have

  • Experience in the RIA (Registered Investment Advisor) or Wealth Management industry.
  • Familiarity with GraphQL or React.
  • Experience scaling B2B platforms or working on post-acquisition integrations.
