Salary: $147,760 - $240,110

What you will do

• Define the vision for autonomous operations and offboard application needs to optimize jobsite processes.
• Collaborate with Design and User Research teams to develop AI-powered prototypes and iterate based on customer feedback.
• Manage and prioritize the product backlog, including new features, enhancements, and bug fixes.
• Coach junior Product team members in defining business features and coordinating delivery with engineering teams.
• Partner with marketing and dealer support to drive adoption and sales growth of autonomy solutions.
• Coordinate with field support specialists and customers to resolve operational problems and expand usage.

Requirements

• Must be based in Chicago, IL or Peoria, IL.
• Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
• Extensive experience defining product vision in ambiguous, new spaces and managing product backlogs.
• Proven experience in Product Management (typically 5+ years).
• Experience leading technical teams and managing multiple projects (typically 5+ years).
• Deep knowledge of Agile methodology and a working understanding of software engineering.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
