TL;DR

Customer Success Engineer (AI): Helping customers deploy, integrate, and scale an AI-native experience research platform with an accent on technical troubleshooting and SDK/API implementations. Focus on solving complex integration challenges and acting as a technical advisor to maximize platform adoption.

Location: Hybrid (4x week), must be based in San Francisco, CA or New York City, NY

Salary: $135,000 – $150,000 + Equity

hirify.global is building an AI-native successor to legacy survey tools, providing real-time customer insights for innovative companies like Notion, Figma, and Coinbase.

What you will do

  • Partner with customers to troubleshoot technical issues related to integrations, SDK implementations, APIs, and platform configuration.
  • Lead technical onboarding and implementation support to ensure successful rollout across customer workflows.
  • Conduct technical demos and solution consultations aligned with business goals and technical requirements.
  • Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to isolate common requests and test new feature releases.
  • Act as a trusted advisor by recommending best practices and scalable workflows for platform adoption.
  • Support Sales and Customer Success teams during technical evaluations and growth opportunities.

Requirements

  • 2–5+ years of experience in Technical Customer Success, Solutions Architecture, or Implementation Engineering.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills and proficiency with APIs, SDKs, and frontend integrations.
  • Familiarity with JavaScript, CSS, SQL, REST APIs, and modern web/mobile architectures (iOS, Android).
  • Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Ability to travel up to 20% of the time.
  • Must be based in San Francisco, CA or New York City, NY.

Nice to have

  • Experience supporting SaaS products or enterprise software platforms.
  • Familiarity with product development, UX research, analytics, or digital experience tooling.
