TL;DR
Customer Success Engineer (AI): Helping customers deploy, integrate, and scale an AI-native experience research platform with an accent on technical troubleshooting and SDK/API implementations. Location: Hybrid (4x week), must be based in San Francisco, CA or New York City, NY
Salary: $135,000 – $150,000 + Equity

is building an AI-native successor to legacy survey tools, providing real-time customer insights for innovative companies like Notion, Figma, and Coinbase.
What you will do
- Partner with customers to troubleshoot technical issues related to integrations, SDK implementations, APIs, and platform configuration.
- Lead technical onboarding and implementation support to ensure successful rollout across customer workflows.
- Conduct technical demos and solution consultations aligned with business goals and technical requirements.
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to isolate common requests and test new feature releases.
- Act as a trusted advisor by recommending best practices and scalable workflows for platform adoption.
- Support Sales and Customer Success teams during technical evaluations and growth opportunities.
Requirements
- 2–5+ years of experience in Technical Customer Success, Solutions Architecture, or Implementation Engineering.
- Strong troubleshooting skills and proficiency with APIs, SDKs, and frontend integrations.
- Familiarity with JavaScript, CSS, SQL, REST APIs, and modern web/mobile architectures (iOS, Android).
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Ability to travel up to 20% of the time.
- Must be based in San Francisco, CA or New York City, NY.

- Experience supporting SaaS products or enterprise software platforms.
- Familiarity with product development, UX research, analytics, or digital experience tooling.
