Location: Hybrid role based in Sofia, Prague, or Bucharest

What you will do
- Define and implement test strategies covering functional, integration, regression, performance, and AI-specific testing.
- Design and manage scalable test frameworks and automation strategies across CI/CD pipelines.
- Lead validation of AI-powered solutions, including agent behavior, outputs, and workflows.
- Build, manage, and develop QA engineering teams while fostering a quality-first culture.
- Establish quality gates, defect management, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement processes.
- Monitor quality metrics and collaborate with engineering, product, and program teams to embed testing early in development.
Requirements
- Proven software quality assurance experience, including leadership of QA teams or functions.
- Strong experience designing test strategies and automation frameworks.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing in delivery workflows.
- Knowledge of testing APIs, microservices, and cloud-based platforms.
- Experience with AI/ML systems or testing non-deterministic outputs and complex workflows.
- Experience in regulated or compliance-driven environments, with strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
