🚀 We’re Hiring: Senior Integration Engineer (Kubernetes & Azure)

We are looking for an experienced Integration Engineer to join the Global Integration Hub Team, where DevOps values drive the way we work — emphasizing automation, continuous delivery, and end-to-end ownership: you build it, you deploy it, and you support it.
You’ll be responsible for designing, developing, and managing integration solutions that connect applications, services, and data flows across the organization. The platform runs entirely on Azure Cloud using a modern architecture based on Kubernetes (AKS) , serverless technologies, and both real-time and batch integration models.

⚠️ Important: Only candidates currently based in Poland will be considered. Relocation is not available.

🛠 Tech Stack
Orchestration: Argo Workflows, Temporal, or Airflow (DAG-based workflow design)
Containers & Orchestration: Kubernetes (AKS preferred), containerized environments
Cloud: Azure Cloud (Integration & Messaging services)
Messaging & Integration: Azure Service Bus, Kafka, Event Hub, or similar
Languages: Python (scripting, automation, workflow development)
DevOps & GitOps: CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code, monitoring, ArgoCD

📋 What You’ll Be Doing
Designing, developing, and managing integration solutions for applications, services, and data flows
Developing workflow-based integrations using DAG-oriented orchestration tools (Argo Workflows, Temporal, or Airflow)
Working with Kubernetes (AKS) and cloud-native systems in production environments
Leveraging Azure Cloud integration and messaging services (Service Bus, Event Hub, etc.)
Writing Python code for scripting, automation, and workflow logic
Applying DevOps and GitOps practices: CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code, monitoring
Collaborating within a DevOps culture — you build it, you deploy it, you support it
Explaining technical concepts to diverse audiences and working closely with cross-functional teams

🎯 What We’re Looking For
Strong hands-on experience with Kubernetes (preferably AKS) and containerized environments
Solid expertise in Azure Cloud (integration and messaging services)
Experience with workflow orchestration (Argo Workflows, Temporal, or Airflow)
Knowledge of messaging platforms (Azure Service Bus, Kafka, Event Hub, or similar)
Proficiency in Python for scripting, automation, and development
Understanding of DevOps methodologies (CI/CD, IaC, monitoring, GitOps)
Strong communication skills — ability to explain technical concepts to diverse audiences
Collaborative mindset with strong consulting and teamwork abilities
Fluent English

💡 Nice to Have
Experience with ArgoCD
Background in regulated environments (financial services, banking)
Familiarity with real-time and batch integration models
Experience with serverless technologies in Azure
