What you will do

  • Serve as the first point of contact for customer support inquiries regarding AI output, app access, and APIs.
  • Manage multiple competing priorities while maintaining high responsiveness during assigned shifts.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners to troubleshoot and escalate complex technical issues.
  • Maintain deep knowledge of product features to provide accurate and informed support.
  • Document customer interactions and feedback to improve internal processes and knowledge base materials.
  • Contribute to team workflows and the ongoing refinement of support operations.

Requirements

  • Must be located in one of the specified US states: AZ, CA, CO, CT, DC, FL, IL, LA, MD, MA, NH, NJ, NY, OR, OH, PA, TN, TX, UT, WA, WI
  • 3+ years of experience in a fast-paced technical support role for AI-driven products.
  • Strong ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Solid understanding of APIs and ability to troubleshoot API-related issues.
  • Proficiency with customer support tools and CRM systems.
  • Exceptional empathy and communication skills with a focus on white-glove enterprise support.
