What you will do

  • Scale the affiliate base by recruiting thousands of small content creators, bloggers, and tutorial publishers to drive steady signup volume.
  • Negotiate and secure top-three placements on major review sites such as Forbes Advisor, NerdWallet, and PCMag.
  • Build self-serve recruitment infrastructure, including pre-built landing pages, content kits, and a partner portal.
  • Develop a creator partner program with vertical SMB creators on YouTube and TikTok using performance-weighted deal structures.
  • Own weekly and monthly reporting on attributable signups, CAC, retention, and partner-level economics.
  • Manage anti-fraud, dispute resolution, and refund clawback processes.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience scaling affiliate programs at a hosting company, domain registrar, website builder, or SMB-focused SaaS.
  • Proven track record of personally scaling a distributed affiliate program to $1M+ in attributable annual revenue.
  • Demonstrated success in securing editorial placements on major comparison and review sites.
  • Advanced operator-level fluency with affiliate platforms like PartnerStack and/or Impact.
  • Strong commercial instincts with a focus on CAC, LTV, payback, and cohort retention.
  • Must be US-based or able to work full US business hours.

Nice to have

  • Hands-on experience integrating hosting or SaaS products into a partner company's onboarding flow.
  • Experience managing creator partnership programs specifically with vertical SMB creators on performance-weighted deals.
