What you will do

• Manage employee relations cases and conduct workplace investigations across the EMEA region.
• Partner with P&C Business Partners and Legal to provide guidance on policy application and risk mitigation.
• Ensure consistent application of company policies in compliance with local labor laws and country-specific requirements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders regarding Works Councils and employee representative body requirements.
• Develop, review, and align regional policies and procedures.
• Maintain policy and compliance knowledge base content within ServiceNow.

Requirements

• 3–5+ years of experience in employee relations, HR compliance, or HR operations.
• Experience supporting HR operations across multiple European countries.
• Knowledge of GDPR, regional labor laws, and employment practices across EMEA.
• Proven experience in conducting employee relations investigations and case management.
• Experience working in a shared services or matrixed environment.
• Must be based in Belgrade, Serbia.
