What you will do

• Build Voice of Customer systems to synthesize feedback from clients and internal teams into actionable product signals.
• Establish KPIs and analytics dashboards to measure product success and user impact.
• Optimize core product development processes, including planning cycles, monthly reviews, and roadmap prioritization.
• Drive cross-functional alignment between Product, Engineering, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success.
• Design and manage Early Access Programs (EAPs) and alpha testing to validate product-market fit.
• Own end-to-end launch coordination and maintain roadmap visibility across the organization.

Requirements

• 5+ years in Product Operations, Product Management, or similar operational roles at a high-growth tech or SaaS company.
• Proven experience building and scaling processes and programs from scratch (0 to 1).
• Experience working with AI-native products where model quality and output reliability are central.
• Ability to translate complex qualitative and quantitative data into clear roadmap recommendations.
• Proven ability to drive alignment across cross-functional teams without direct authority.
• Location: Must be based in San Francisco
