Senior DevOps Engineer (AWS)

Location: Remote (US East Coast or UK)

Compensation: US $165K – $185K / UK £85K – £100K + Equity & Bonus

What you will do

• Own and evolve AWS infrastructure including EKS clusters, VPC design, IAM, and RDS.
• Lead infrastructure projects from design to delivery, scoping clear milestones and distributing tasks.
• Drive improvements to deployment automation and CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions.
• Set and own SLOs for responsible systems to reduce toil through automation.
• Contribute to SOC 2 compliance, security controls, and IAM governance.
• Mentor engineers through code reviews, pairing, and lead incident response end-to-end.

Requirements

• 7+ years in DevOps, SRE, or platform engineering roles.
• 3+ years of experience at a B2B SaaS company.
• Strong AWS experience across EKS, Kubernetes, VPC, IAM, and RDS.
• Deep IaC experience with Terraform and Helm.
• Proficiency in Python, Go, and shell scripting.
• Must be based in the US East Coast or the UK.
