What you will do

• Play assigned games to completion and document glitches, bugs, and inaccuracies in tracking databases.
• Execute pre-written test cases and contribute to existing testing content documentation.
• Prepare Test Plans and Test Cases based on client specifications and generate detailed reports.
• Serve as a technical lead and the main point of contact for clients to prioritize testing requirements.
• Coach junior staff to assist in decision-making and problem-solving.
• Manage test environment setup and teardown and document user-level and systems manuals.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in game testing.
• Strong academic or practical knowledge of QA methodologies, software testing standards, and the SDLC.
• Proven experience in drafting and managing test cases for one or more features.
• Proficiency with industry-standard tools such as JIRA, TestRail, and Confluence.
• Experience running build files with software suites like Visual Studio.
• Preferred higher education in technology.
