What you will do

• Act as a strategic advisor to senior stakeholders within a leading commercial vehicle OEM.
• Identify and unlock new business opportunities through existing networks and proactive outreach.
• Advise on business and IT transformation initiatives, including digital platforms and product engineering.
• Lead RFPs, proposals, and pre-sales efforts to drive commercial impact.
• Oversee project delivery to ensure alignment with client goals and expectations.
• Collaborate with Centers of Excellence to implement innovative and scalable solutions.

Requirements

• Experience in the German commercial vehicle ecosystem (truck & bus OEM environment).
• Proven track record with a major automotive OEM or Tier 1 supplier.
• Expertise in business transformation and technology-enabled programs.
• Strong commercial acumen and account development skills.
• Fluent German (mandatory) and strong English proficiency.
• Based in or willing to relocate to Munich, Germany.
