What you will do

• Define frontend architecture and technical strategy using React, Angular, and Next.js to build scalable platforms.
• Lead backend development and API architecture in Python and Node.js, integrating complex third-party platforms.
• Design and integrate AI services into production systems, including LLM APIs, streaming, tool/function calling, and RAG patterns.
• Implement channel integrations across chat (Slack, Teams, SMS), voice (Twilio, PSTN), and web surfaces.
• Mentor junior and mid-level engineers to raise the quality bar for the team's craft and impact.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technical decisions with product and business goals.

Requirements

• 7+ years of professional software engineering experience with a track record of leading complex full-stack initiatives.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Deep proficiency in React or Angular with strong JavaScript and TypeScript skills.
• Strong backend experience in Python and Node.js, including microservices and event-driven systems.
• Hands-on experience integrating AI services (LLM APIs, agent flows, RAG) into production environments.
• Proven experience with cloud platforms, container orchestration, and CI/CD pipelines.

Nice to have

• Comfort working with design tools like Figma to ship polished, accessible UI.
• Expert day-to-day usage of AI-forward tools such as Claude and Cursor.
