What you will do

• Own the end-to-end market lifecycle, including creation, management, grading, and settlement across all prediction surfaces.
• Centralize and orchestrate market data across hirify.global Fantasy, hirify.global Exchange, and Crypto.com.
• Design pricing structures and probability models in partnership with the Exchange team.
• Manage the live in-game product experience, from slate construction to real-time market updates and line movements.
• Drive bet mix strategy and improve market quality through A/B testing and product analytics.

Requirements

• Professional experience within a sportsbook, DFS platform, or predictions product.
• Proven track record of shipping live betting products and managing real-time markets.
• Direct experience working with sports data feeds (e.g., SportRadar).
• Proficiency in A/B testing and product analytics to drive data-driven decisions.
• Must be based in the United States (position may require state-specific sports betting licensure).

Nice to have

• Experience working with exchange-style products or multiple market venues.
• Exposure to RFQ or exchange-style pricing mechanics.
• Familiarity with probability and prediction market concepts.
