Head of Payments (Fintech)

hirify.global is a travel tech company operating globally recognized brands including RateHawk, ZenHotels and RoundTrip across 220 markets.

What you will do

• Own and develop the company’s global payment infrastructure, including pay-ins, payouts, and anti-fraud operations.
• Define and execute a payments strategy aligned with business growth and market expansion goals.
• Manage the payments P&L, focusing on acquiring costs, payout costs, and conversion impact.
• Lead the end-to-end implementation of new payment solutions, from business case development to launch.
• Partner with Product and Engineering leadership to improve customer experience and payment performance.
• Build and maintain strategic relationships with PSPs, banks, and other payment partners.

Requirements

• Experience in managing international payment infrastructure and global payment strategies.
• Proven track record of P&L ownership and financial performance management in a payments domain.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams across Product, Engineering, Finance, and Commercial departments.
• Experience in ROI analysis and financial modeling for payment initiatives.
• Strong communication skills for presenting strategy and results to C-level stakeholders.
• Ability to collaborate effectively across different borders and time zones.
