What you will do

  • Coordinate post-sale actions and SLAs to ensure high-quality client service and timely communication.
  • Manage outbound shipping and associated logistics for both domestic and international property.
  • Handle invoicing, payment allocation, and daily financial reconciliations for client accounts.
  • Prepare customs documentation and obtain necessary export licenses (e.g., FR export License/Cites).
  • Resolve general client inquiries via email and phone, collaborating with internal business areas for resolution.
  • Monitor shipper performance and KPIs to ensure compliance with service level requirements.

Requirements

  • At least 3+ years of related professional work experience.
  • Professional English proficiency (spoken and written).
  • Existing knowledge of international and domestic packing methods, transportation, and regulatory compliance.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel.
  • Ability to remain calm and efficient in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Must be based in Paris, France.

  • Prior experience with SAP and Freshdesk.
