What you will do

• Own and expand a portfolio of boutique properties and luxury resorts across Spain.
• Negotiate exclusive campaigns with hotel partners to meet revenue targets.
• Pitch, onboard, and maintain long-term relationships with new hotel partners.
• Collaborate with internal Marketing, Content, and Revenue teams to maximize campaign performance.
• Monitor and analyze trends and competitors within the Spanish hospitality landscape.
• Travel regularly to Spain to meet partners on the ground.

Requirements

• Native or fluent Spanish speaker.
• 3 to 5+ years of experience in hotel contracting, tour operating, hospitality procurement, DMC, or OTA.
• Strong negotiation skills and experience dealing with suppliers.
• Deep knowledge of the local Spanish hospitality industry and existing contacts.
• Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-growing environment.
• Must be based in or able to work from Aix-en-Provence, France.
