IT Senior Auditor (Fintech)

What you will do

• Lead the planning, execution, reporting, and follow-up of operational, compliance, and financial audit engagements.
• Evaluate the design and effectiveness of controls supporting business processes and information systems.
• Perform testing of automated business process controls and IT general controls (ITGC), including logical access and change management.
• Assess information technology design and operating effectiveness, focusing on infrastructure and information security.
• Partner with project managers and stakeholders to assess and implement corrective actions for identified risks.
• Coordinate audit activities with external audit partners and co-source providers.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of relevant audit and risk management experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Auditing, IT, or Business Management.
• Significant expertise with internal control frameworks: SOX, SSAE 18 (SOC 1 and SOC 2), and AICPA Trust Services Criteria.
• Professional certification such as CIA, CISA, CISM, CISSP, CCAK, or CPA.
• Knowledge of IPPF Standards and IIA best practices.
• Legal authorization to work in the US without the need for visa sponsorship.

Nice to have

• Experience working within a Big Four audit firm.
• Familiarity with NIST, COBIT, FFIEC, PCI-DSS, ISO27001, or ITIL frameworks.
• Domain experience in payment processing, card issuing, or financial services.
• Experience with AuditBoard or similar audit software.
