What you will do

  • Execute upsell and cross-sell demand campaigns in collaboration with Account Managers and digital marketing teams.
  • Manage customer communications, including monthly newsletters and feature release emails, using AI for optimization.
  • Coordinate the operational delivery of global webinars, regional EMEA events, and the Summit World Tour.
  • Organize and validate customer advocacy content such as logos, case studies, and video testimonials.
  • Implement AI-powered workflows using tools like Dust and LLMs to streamline reporting and content drafting.

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a Marketing Master's programme for a 1-year apprenticeship starting September 2026.
  • Bilingual proficiency in French (Native/C2) and English (C2).
  • Demonstrated ability to manage projects or events end-to-end with high attention to detail.
  • Hands-on curiosity and experience with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Dust.
  • Comfortable working with campaign performance data and reporting to stakeholders.

Nice to have

  • Proficiency in Spanish or German.
  • Previous experience in marketing, communications, or event management.
