What you will do
- Execute upsell and cross-sell demand campaigns in collaboration with Account Managers and digital marketing teams.
- Manage customer communications, including monthly newsletters and feature release emails, using AI for optimization.
- Coordinate the operational delivery of global webinars, regional EMEA events, and the Summit World Tour.
- Organize and validate customer advocacy content such as logos, case studies, and video testimonials.
- Implement AI-powered workflows using tools like Dust and LLMs to streamline reporting and content drafting.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a Marketing Master's programme for a 1-year apprenticeship starting September 2026.
- Bilingual proficiency in French (Native/C2) and English (C2).
- Demonstrated ability to manage projects or events end-to-end with high attention to detail.
- Hands-on curiosity and experience with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Dust.
- Comfortable working with campaign performance data and reporting to stakeholders.
Nice to have
- Proficiency in Spanish or German.
- Previous experience in marketing, communications, or event management.
