What you will do

• Own and architect the next-generation Python codebase for the Business Analytics team.
• Translate complex business and deal structures into clean, reliable, and maintainable code.
• Build automation tools to streamline Accounting team updates and minimize manual intervention.
• Design and implement a scalable reporting infrastructure for compensation reports.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to implement precise calculation logic for individual deal structures.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
• 2-5 years of relevant professional work experience.
• Strong programming proficiency in Python and SQL.
• Experience with Linux operating systems, Git, and cloud computing platforms.
• Interest or professional experience in capital markets or finance.
• Must be based in New York, NY.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with multi-manager hedge fund business and PM deal structures.
• Experience collaborating directly with accounting and finance teams.
• Ability to read legal documents and translate them into technical logic.
