What you will do

• Design and build the Agent Flywheel, creating feedback loops that enable ML systems to improve from real-world outcomes.
• Build and deploy a variety of ML models, including classification, ranking, forecasting, and recommendation systems.
• Develop AI agents that integrate LLM reasoning, tool usage, and structured outputs for complex workflows.
• Architect scalable batch and near real-time data pipelines for model training, evaluation, and inference.
• Create offline and online evaluation frameworks, including golden traces and regression test sets, and conduct A/B experiments.
• Build scalable Python services and APIs that power agent-driven workflows.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering or applied data science.
• Strong professional experience with Python in production environments.
• Proven track record of building and deploying ML models and data pipelines (ETL/ELT).
• Hands-on experience with LLM-powered systems, including prompting and orchestration.
• Familiarity with data tools such as Spark, Airflow/Dagster, Snowflake, or BigQuery.
• Solid understanding of supervised learning and A/B testing methodologies.

Nice to have

• Experience with agent scoring and optimization loops.
• Exposure to evaluation tools like LangSmith or Braintrust.
• Experience working with large-scale experimentation platforms.
• Familiarity with the enterprise SaaS or CRM domain.
