Customer Engagement Specialist (CRM automation): Driving customer engagement and conversion for hirify.global’s SMB clients by building scalable onboarding and communication strategies with an accent on CRM-based automation, KPI monitoring, and scalable launch/recovery processes. Focus on designing the customer journey, managing multiple projects, and scaling a 30-day results presentation to improve long-term adoption.

Location: São Paulo (Hybrid) — based in São Paulo and open to going to the office once a week.

What you will do

  • Enhance and implement scalable customer engagement and conversion methods for SMB clients.
  • Develop and execute communication and engagement plans to maximize employee adoption at client companies.
  • Improve recovery actions for clients missing engagement goals by creating scalable mitigation plans.
  • Develop and scale the 30-day results presentation process.
  • Act as a PMO for SMB clients: lead the engagement process and create communication plans.
  • Monitor KPIs, interpret performance data, and collaborate with onboarding and client success teams to optimize processes.

Requirements

  • Based in São Paulo and able to go to the office once a week.
  • 3–5 years of proven experience in project management, customer journey design, CRM automation, or related areas.
  • Must be a CRM expert with experience developing and executing scalable communication and engagement plans.
  • Strong project management skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical, data-driven profile with ability to make decisions based on data (Looker experience is a plus).
  • Advanced English is mandatory.
