What you will do

• Build and configure MCP servers, tools, and skills to connect SaaS and internal applications.
• Collaborate with department champions to identify AI-driven automation opportunities and implement tailored tool bundles.
• Develop and maintain integration code using Python and handle authentication via OAuth and webhooks.
• Implement governance and security standards based on least-privilege principles for AI/LLM deployments.
• Establish feedback loops with end-users to iterate on AI capabilities and drive company-wide adoption.
• Mentor IT team members and document emergent AI technologies to multiply organizational impact.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in systems integration, developer enablement, or internal tooling.
• Hands-on experience building with MCP, configuring servers, and working with agentic frameworks.
• Proficiency in Python for authoring and debugging integration scripts.
• Strong expertise in SaaS API integrations (REST, webhooks, OAuth).
• Understanding of ABAC, access control, and governance for AI deployments.
• Must be based in the USA

Nice to have

• Experience in HIPAA-regulated healthcare environments.
• Background in running AI adoption programs or internal developer advocacy.
• Familiarity with automation tools like Tines, n8n, or iPaaS platforms.
• Knowledge of IAM concepts (SSO, SAML/OIDC, SCIM).
